Our SaaS ITSM (IT Service Management) and Asset Management solutions serve more than 4,000 customers across the globe. We do the heavy lifting for IT and anyone delivering services in the digital workspace by leveraging automation, analytics, and AI.

We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! This is a hands-on role focused on finding top talent and delivering a high-impact candidate experience. You’ll be a key partner in shaping our culture and bringing the right people into our creative, mission-driven environment.

What will you do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments and roles simultaneously.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, participate in kick-off meetings, and define role requirements.
  • Source, review, and screen CVs to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screening interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, providing guidance and updates to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with different stakeholders across the company.
  • Ensure a smooth, efficient, and exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Preferably from a global SaaS company.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience with recruitment tools – ATS (Comeet – a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Strong ability to work with multiple managers and departments simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities, self-motivated, and capable of independent work.
  • Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Team player with a proactive and "can-do" attitude.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English – Must.
  • BA in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Science, or equivalent.
