Responsibilities

  • Be the People Partner for a group of employees, owning the entire employee journey from hiring to offboarding.
  • Hands-on experience of recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, engagement, and well-being processes of your team.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to managers and leadership.
  • Use data and AI to make smarter, faster people decisions.
  • Improving organizational and business processes
  • Developing and managing performance frameworks, bonus schemes, and compensation models
  • Help us run HR like a startup - agile, bold, and human-centric.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in an HR role from startups or technological companies.
  • An experienced Full-Stack HR partner who’s done it all: hiring, growth, culture, and beyond.
  • Knows how to create and work with AI agents and assistants.
  • A builder who doesn’t wait for instructions, you create solutions.
  • A communicator, connector, and trusted advisor.
  • Background in and/or experience with Organizational Development (OD)
  • Improving organizational and business processes
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
  • Developing and managing performance frameworks, bonus schemes, and compensation models
  • Willingness to immerse in the business and the ability to transform business insight and understanding into strategic plans for workforce and development
  • Experience working in a globally diverse culture - an advantage
  • Passionate about HR tech, data, and employee experience.
  • Thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
