Responsibilities
- Be the People Partner for a group of employees, owning the entire employee journey from hiring to offboarding.
- Hands-on experience of recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, engagement, and well-being processes of your team.
- Act as a strategic advisor to managers and leadership.
- Use data and AI to make smarter, faster people decisions.
- Improving organizational and business processes
- Developing and managing performance frameworks, bonus schemes, and compensation models
- Help us run HR like a startup - agile, bold, and human-centric.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in an HR role from startups or technological companies.
- An experienced Full-Stack HR partner who’s done it all: hiring, growth, culture, and beyond.
- Knows how to create and work with AI agents and assistants.
- A builder who doesn’t wait for instructions, you create solutions.
- A communicator, connector, and trusted advisor.
- Background in and/or experience with Organizational Development (OD)
- Improving organizational and business processes
- Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
- Developing and managing performance frameworks, bonus schemes, and compensation models
- Willingness to immerse in the business and the ability to transform business insight and understanding into strategic plans for workforce and development
- Experience working in a globally diverse culture - an advantage
- Passionate about HR tech, data, and employee experience.
- Thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
