Description
We’re hiring a Channel Partnerships Manager to grow revenue through our channel ecosystem across EMEA. This is a sales-driven role focused on recruiting new partners, activating them, and helping them consistently generate pipeline and ARR. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to turn partners into a predictable, scalable revenue channel.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit & Sign New Partners
- Identify and recruit new channel partners across EMEA (resellers, distributors, service partners)
- Build and manage a partner pipeline from outreach through onboarding
- Lead partner intro calls, present the value proposition, and close partner agreements
Drive Partner-Sourced Pipeline & ARR
- Support partners in generating pipeline and closing deals
- Actively engage in partner-led opportunities: joint calls, deal strategy, and follow-ups
- Help partners increase deal volume and partner-sourced ARR over time
Enable Partners to Sell
- Deliver partner sales enablement sessions (product pitch, ICP, use cases, objections, pricing basics)
- Equip partners with sales tools, messaging, and collateral
- Ensure partners can confidently position and sell the solution
Track Performance & Partner Engagement
- Monitor partner activity and performance (pipeline, deals, engagement)
- Run regular check-ins to keep partners active and focused on revenue
- Identify underperformance and take action to improve results
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Share partner feedback to improve programs, messaging, and execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS, ideally in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Experience working with channel partners (resellers or distributors)
- Sales-driven mindset with comfort owning revenue-related goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners and opportunities in parallel
- Comfortable working across EMEA regions and cultures
Nice to Have
- B2B SaaS sales background (SDR/BDR, AE, Partnerships)
- Experience with partner programs and indirect sales motions
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
What Success Looks Like
- New channel partners signed consistently in EMEA
- Partners producing qualified pipeline within 60–90 days
- Growth in partner-sourced ARR quarter over quarter
- Strong, active partner engagement and repeat deal flow
