About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) who will work directly with our customers—both onsite and remotely—to help them manage and accelerate their Salesforce-related backlog. In this role, you will bring rapid value by supporting and extending their Salesforce environments, building new applications, and collaborating with the engineering team to surface insights that drive product innovation. As a CSE, you serve as the bridge between customers and our platform, helping organizations adopt a world where AI agents work alongside humans to drive efficiency and transformation for business applications and IT teams.

In This Role You’ll

● Work closely with the customers to understand, prioritize, and execute against their Salesforce backlog

● Orchestrate customer requests and serve as a trusted advisor on changes they would liek to make in their Salesforce org.

● Support and enhance Salesforce workflows, integrations, automations, and customizations.

● Design, prototype, and build new AI-powered applications

● Translate customer challenges into actionable engineering insights to influenc’s roadmap.

● Deliver value quickly while maintaining high quality and reliability in customer-facing solutions.

● Act as a trusted technical advisor, enabling customers to adopt AI-driven development practices.

Requirements:

Must have:

● Proven experience with the Salesforce platform

● 2+ years working working on enterprise applications support / customer success / administration / implementation

● Capable of learning new technologies fast and mastering configuration and training ● Ability to manage a customer in an organized fashion, prioritization included ● Excellent Communication skills and presentations skills

“Can-do” approach – you’ve solved hard problems and know how to figure things out ● Fluent in English and Hebrew

Nice to have:

● Familiarity with automation platforms, or low-code/no-code development environments. ● Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, or middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier). ● Exposure to ERP, CRM, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems beyond Salesforce.

● Basic development experience (JavaScript, Python, or Apex) or the desire to deepen coding skills.

● Prior experience working directly with customers onsite or in hybrid deployment environments.
