The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join a high-potential startup at “Day 0”. We have secured key design partners and are poised for rapid growth. We are looking for a core team member who wants to build the foundation of a successful company and grow their career alongside it.

About the Role

We need a Software Architect / Technical Lead who defines the vision but loves the code. In this small agile team, boundaries are fluid. You won’t just design systems; you will build them.

You must be a versatile engineer comfortable operating across the entire stack – from Backend logic and Frontend UI to Cloud infrastructure, On-Premise deployments, and Database optimization. You view Architecture not as abstract diagrams, but as the blueprint for clean, shippable code.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Strategy

  • System Design: Design and evolve our platform architecture, effectively balancing Cloud scalability, strict compliance, and the need for speed.
  • LLM Integration: Push the boundaries of working with LLMs and AI Agents, treating them as core drivers of our engineering capability.
  • Technical Standards: Drive stack selection and lead system design reviews to ensure reliability and maintainability.

2. Hands-On Engineering

  • Active Coding: Spend a significant portion of your time writing high-quality, testable, and secure code.
  • Full-Stack Execution: Collaborate across the stack (BE, FE, DB) to unblock the team, actively contributing to critical product components.

3. Leadership & Operations

  • End-to-End Ownership: Drive initiatives from the planning phase through to deployment and monitoring.
  • Process Optimization: Establish development processes, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and coding best practices.
  • Mentorship: Elevate the team’s technical capabilities through code reviews and guidance.

Requirements:

Essential Experience

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a history of combining architectural leadership with daily hands-on coding.
  • Versatile Technical Background: Experience building and scaling diverse systems (Cloud, On-Premise/Local Servers, Networking, Databases).
  • Startup Mindset: Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Competencies

  • Infrastructure: Strong grasp of Cloud services alongside the complexities of On-Premise or hybrid software delivery.
  • Architecture: Knowledge of event-driven architecture, system design patterns, and observability tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to master new technologies quickly.

Big Advantage

  • LLM Experience: Proven experience integrating Large Language Models into production products or workflows.
