We’re searching for a builder-leader who combines strong engineering skills with a passion for AI and a drive to improve processes by AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and apply advanced algorithms to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of AI based Automations Agents.
- Design and own the systems that enable fast experimentation with LLMs, agents, and automation workflows.
- Investigate, implement and share new AI technologies and ideas.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar).
- 2+ years of experience of software development, with a focus on algorithms design and validation.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI tools, APIs, or agents.
- Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as RAG, Agentic-workflows, production level prompt-engineering.
- Great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Advantages
- Prior background in health insurance tech / medical coding/billing.
- Degree in computer science or equivalent.
