As an Engineering Group Manager, you will lead and grow a high-performing engineering group while staying closely involved in technical decision-making. You will own execution and architecture, set strong engineering standards, and work closely with product and leadership as part of the founding team.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a growing engineering group.
- Own technical execution, delivery, and architectural decisions.
- Drive high standards for code quality, reliability, and production readiness.
- Partner closely with product and leadership on priorities and roadmap.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and well-operated cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on, production-grade software development experience.
- 5+ years leading and managing engineering teams.
- Strong experience with scalable systems, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS environments.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and data-intensive systems.
- Strong technical craftsmanship and leadership mindset.
