What you’ll do:
- Build and lead the company’s engineering function from the ground up, including hiring a core team, defining technical strategy, and executing on the MVP roadmap
- Own the company’s engineering vision and execution, focusing on building the MVP and achieving product-market fit within 12-18 months.
- Help build, deliver against, and design the company’s product roadmap.
- Work closely with design partners and prospective customers to ensure the success of active engagement, synthesizing feedback to make needed changes and improvements to the product.
- Be an integral part of our executive team.
Requirements:

- Passion for technology and a strong desire to build innovative and impactful products.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong motivation to be part of a cutting-edge startup redefining the future of scam prevention.
- 7+ years of proven hands-on production-grade development experience.
- 5+ years of experience in managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with scalable infrastructure and public clouds (AWS/ Azure / GCP).
- Strong understanding of data engineering, data pipelines, and MLOps
- Experience with large-scale SaaS production services, databases, and Big Data.
- Experience implementing and managing DevOps practices and CI/CD architecture.
- Experience building products that revolve around data ingest and analytics.
- Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline.
- Deep organization capabilities, especially regarding influence, collaboration, and communication.
Nice to have:
- Experience in fraud prevention/detection, security, or data-driven risk systems.
- Early-stage experience.
