At OX Security, we’re on a mission to secure the software supply chain – helping security and development teams focus on what actually matters. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to be a key player in driving customer value and adoption.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor for our customers, ensuring they succeed with OX from onboarding through expansion. If you’re a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and passionate about solving complex problems in cybersecurity, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new customers, ensuring they understand and effectively use our application security products.
- Provide training and resources to help customers integrate our solutions into their existing workflows.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer usage and satisfaction, and work closely with the sales team to ensure high retention and upsell rate.
