We are building the full-lifecycle trust platform for AI agents – delivering world-class evaluation, guardrails, synthetic data, and continuous optimization. Our mission is to make agent reliability as systematic, predictable, and iterative as modern CI/CD engineering. We’re at the forefront of a new engineering discipline, and we’re building an exceptional team to match.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of our product, shaping how it’s positioned, explained, and launched to the world.

This is a hands on role for someone who loves getting into the details of how complex technical systems work, then turning that depth into clear messaging, launch plans, and high quality content. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and design to lead launches, create technical collateral such as docs, decks, and tutorials, and help prospects and customers understand what makes us different.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the positioning and messaging for our core product and upcoming launches, making it clear, sharp, and differentiated.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to lead launch planning, from narrative and naming to documentation and rollout.
  • Create compelling product collateral including docs, tutorials, decks, videos, and one pagers that help users understand what we do and why it matters.
  • Collaborate on website and in product copy to ensure a consistent and clear voice across all touchpoints.
  • Drive competitive research and win loss insight to refine messaging and inform product direction.
  • Partner with founders and engineers to translate technical decisions into clear user facing value.
  • Support customer facing teams with high quality, technically grounded content for technical and executive audiences.

Requirements:

  • 5 – 8 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in AI platforms, developer tools, data or ML infrastructure, or other deeply technical products.
  • Strong ability to turn technical product details into clear, differentiated messaging and write well across formats, from web copy to decks and product explainers.
  • A track record of leading product launches from start to finish, including positioning, naming, and internal enablement.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers, product managers, and founders to extract insight and shape the story.
  • A clear and structured thinker who is not afraid to push back, ask questions, and challenge unclear messaging.
