We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own how people discover, experience, and move through Clover across our website, search, lifecycle, and performance channels. This role is responsible for turning intent into action through clear journeys, strong execution, and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own the systems that drive discovery, conversion, and lifecycle engagement across Clover’s digital surface area. You’ll focus on building clear journeys, reliable infrastructure, and measurable performance across web, search, automation, and paid channels.
- You’ll own our website end to end: structure, navigation, landing pages, conversion flows, forms, routing, analytics, and ongoing optimization.
- You’ll lead SEO and GEO across search and LLM discovery, including strategy, technical SEO, keyword and entity mapping, monitoring performance, and visibility reporting.
- You’ll own marketing automation and lifecycle orchestration, including lifecycle orchestration, including workflows, lead stages, routing rules, CRM configuration, data integrity, and attribution across the full funnel.
- You’ll plan and execute paid and performance channels, including channel setup, budgets, pacing, experimentation, performance tracking, and tuning.
- You’ll support all marketing and product teams by shipping content updates, testing messaging, and enabling new use cases across digital channels.
What we’re looking for
- You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- You’re a digital generalist with hands-on experience across the full digital stack, comfortable trying new tools, learning new systems, and working beyond a single specialty.
- You’re fluent in working with analytics, attribution, and funnel data to understand performance and guide decisions.
- You have experience with website builds, conversion optimization, landing pages, form integrations, and related web infrastructure.
- You have working knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, and search-driven discovery, including emerging LLM and GEO surfaces.
- You’ve built out marketing automations, including email marketing and workflows. HubSpot experience is required. Salesforce experience is a plus.
- You have experience planning, running, and optimizing paid performance channels, including testing and outcomes across channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter.
