We’re hiring a Director of Customer Success (Cybersecurity) to build and lead the CS function end-to-end, owning renewals and expansion while building the team and CS infrastructure from scratch.
This is a hands-on, player-coach role for someone who enjoys being close to customers, leading key meetings, building clear artifacts, and hiring and leading a team of deeply technical cybersecurity field experts.

What you’ll do
- Own commercial renewals and expansion end-to-end, from strategy to close
- Build Customer Success from scratch – core processes, operating model, and playbooks
- Hire, lead, and scale a highly technical, customer-facing cybersecurity specialists team
- Lead deep customer engagement, including executive reviews and critical escalations
- Drive clear, measurable security and business outcomes in close partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a similar management role
- Proven ownership of renewals and expansion with clear, measurable impact
- Strong cybersecurity background with deep technical and enterprise experience
- Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders with confidence
- Experience building Customer Success from scratch in a high-growth environment
- Hands-on, player-coach mindset – customer-first and execution-driven
- Proven team builder – hiring, coaching, and scaling high-bar teams
