Description
A fast-growing company is looking for its first Marketing Manager to execute on an end-to-end marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a highly hands-on, high-impact role at an early-stage startup, responsible for shaping the company’s narrative, creating compelling content, and driving awareness across events, PR, social, and partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative and execution-oriented – a true marketing generalist who is excited to own marketing “end to end,” roll up their sleeves, and help define how the company shows up in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the company’s core marketing motion across content, events, PR, social, website, and partnerships
- Develop and manage a strong content engine, including blogs, thought leadership, messaging, decks, case studies, and campaign assets
- Lead event marketing across conferences, webinars, and field events – from concept and positioning to execution
- Contribute to the company’s brand voice in collaboration with leadership, including PR opportunities, announcements, and storytelling
- Manage social presence and distribution strategy to amplify content, announcements, and points of view
- Own and evolve the website, messaging, and key marketing assets in collaboration with designers and external partners
- Support go-to-market initiatives, launches, and strategic projects
- Help define early marketing processes, tooling, and priorities as the function scales
Who You Are
- Smart, creative, and highly motivated to build something from scratch
- Strong English communication skills, especially in written storytelling and messaging
- Comfortable operating at both a strategic and execution level
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- A strong collaborator who builds trust easily across teams
- High-ownership mindset – you care deeply about outcomes, not just tasks
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content, brand, or growth roles, preferably at a startup or high-growth company
- Proven experience owning content, campaigns, or brand initiatives end-to-end
- Experience with events, PR, or go-to-market initiatives
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, fintech, or adjacent domains is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with external agencies, freelancers, or partners
