Our Prevention Agent proactively analyzes risk signals and intervenes in real-time, our Copilot empowers fraud analysts with conversation analysis and guided actions, and our Customer-Facing Agent provides self-serve protection with emotional support and professional escalation pathways.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a researcher to help us understand how fraudsters think, how scams evolve, and how to outsmart them through data, design, and AI. You’ll bring deep expertise in fraud operations – ideally from the inside of a bank or fintech – and turn it into features, signals, and specialized Fraud AI Agents.
You Will:
- Generate actionable insights from product data and agent telemetry to improve outcome and reasoning capabilities.
- Identify patterns across scams, social engineering, and con-artist playbooks – to help out agents “think like a scammer” – and beat them.
- Lead investigations into complex cases and propose data-backed countermeasures.
- Collaborate with engineers and AI researchers to design adaptive and scalable fraud-prevention agents.
- Maintain and evolve our fraud & scam knowledge base and taxonomy.
- Help in building dedicated AI Agents to understand & Combat Scams & Fraud.
Requirements:
You Have:
- 5+ years in fraud analysis, fraud strategy, or fraud investigation (preferably banking or fintech).
- Experience with Python, SQL, or similar tools.
- Experience with production AI Agents – Huge plus
- Strong data analysis and hypothesis-testing skills.
- Background in psychology / behavioral science – plus
- An obsession with understanding how people get scammed – and how to stop it.
