Who We Are & What You’ll Own
Fig leads the Security Operations Resilience movement – keeping detection and response working through constant change. Fig finds and fixes broken security flows across the SecOps stack, and enables security teams to quickly design, simulate, and deploy planned initiatives.
As Product Manager, you’ll own a core product area end to end, shaping its direction from discovery through delivery. You’ll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate real-world security operations challenges into clear product direction, while balancing business priorities and technical constraints. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering meaningful influence over both what we build and how we bring it to market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct customer research and discovery to deeply understand security operations workflows and pain points.
- Define clear product requirements and success metrics for new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Work directly with customers to gather feedback, validate features, and build strong relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Communicate product vision and progress to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Background in cybersecurity, preferably in SecOps, SIEM/SOAR, or Data Security companies.
- Experience working directly with customers and translating feedback into product decisions.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products and features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of security operations workflows and the challenges security teams face.
- Technical background is a plus.
