Description
Who We Are & What You’ll Own
Fig leads the Security Operations Resilience movement – keeping detection and response working through constant change. Fig finds and fixes broken security flows across the SecOps stack, and enables security teams to quickly design, simulate, and deploy planned initiatives.
As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how we position our product, articulate our value, and differentiate in a crowded SecOps landscape. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and sales to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with security leaders and practitioners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and Draft the Core Narrative: Write the raw messaging, positioning documents, and value propositions from scratch, ensuring our story is sharp and differentiated in the market.
- Design and Execute Sales Collateral: Create high-impact sales decks, competitive battlecards, and “how-to-talk” guides that the sales team can use immediately to win enterprise deals.
- Own Product Launch Content: Translate technical product specs and roadmap updates into compelling release notes, blogs, and website copy that speak the language of security practitioners.
- Execute Market Research and Analyst Submissions: Map the competitive landscape and personally manage the day-to-day relationships and briefings with industry analysts and thought leaders
- Implement Persona-Specific Content: Develop and refine content tracks and use cases tailored for CISOs and SecOps teams, focusing on their real-world pain points and workflows.
Requirements:
- Cybersecurity Domain Expertise: 3–4 years of experience in Product Marketing specifically within the cybersecurity sector, with a deep understanding of industry trends.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to “find the right words״ – translating complex technical concepts into clear, raw, and persuasive copy.
- Product-First Mindset: High level of technical literacy; you should be comfortable diving into the product to understand its mechanics before writing a single word of marketing material.
- Cross-Functional Background: While Product Marketing experience is key, we value diverse backgrounds in Product, Sales, or Technical roles, provided you have a track record in high-growth, enterprise-grade SaaS.
- Execution Excellence: A “get it done” attitude with the ability to navigate the fast-paced, often ambiguous environment of a stealth-mode startup.
