As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end POVs to ensure customers get the most value from our platform
- Managing a portfolio of amazing global customers and building strong relationships
- Acting as a trusted advisor and the customer’s voice internally - collaborating with Product, Sales, and R&D to turn feedback into impactful initiatives
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Has strong interpersonal skills – can understand what matters to people and build genuine relationships.
- Has a strong can-do attitude, is accountable, and can manage multiple projects at once
- Is a team player who collaborates well with other teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- At least 2 years of experience in a startup or high-tech environment - Must
- Cybersecurity background - an advantage
