What you’ll actually do:

  • Own the Relationship: Manage the full lifecycle of US-based accounts.
  • Master the Product: Become an expert in our logic to help non-technical finance teams automate their most painful manual processes.
  • Drive Retention: Proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Product and R&D

Requirements:

What you bring:

  • 3+ years as a CSM in B2B SaaS (Fintech/HR-tech is a major advantage).
  • Experience in the US market
  • Attention to Detail: You don’t “approximate.” You understand that in payroll, every cent counts.
  • Native-level English
