We’re a team obsessed with solving hard problems the right way, and we’re looking for builders to join us.
We’re seeking our first Product Designer to join our 45-person team and collaborate with the Head of Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape our platform’s future. Design has a big influence, co-owning product direction, challenging assumptions, and inventing new interaction patterns. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, security, and human behavior, aiding security teams in threat investigation with effective AI.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with Product to define new features from first principles and shape the product experience from idea to launch.
- Design Melody, our empathetic AI co-pilot, and create intuitive ways for humans and AI to collaborate while investigating security threats.
- Conduct user research with security analysts, compliance leaders, and CISOs, and translate real customer insights into meaningful product improvements.
- Design thoughtful and scalable product experiences across complex security workflows.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality as the product grows.
- Contribute to shaping the design culture and craft as the design team grows.
- Be the design voice in cross-functional rooms with engineering, product, and leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex B2B or enterprise products from concept to launch, including experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces within enterprise or security environments.
- Proficient in Figma: components, auto-layout, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research such as interviews and usability testing, with the ability to translate insights into product decisions.
- Expert in interaction design and information architecture; skilled at simplifying complex systems.
- Experience designing data-rich interfaces, including dashboards, alerts, and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, HTML, CSS) to ease collaboration with engineering.
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments, makes thoughtful decisions in evolving contexts.
