Team8 is a venture group incubating and investing in Cyber, data, fintech, and digital health.

Team8 Capital, Team8’s investment arm, is seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrator. You will work directly with the Partners of Team8 Capital and Portfolio Companies in this role.

This position is based in Tel Aviv and reports directly to our Director of Business Operations.

As Executive Administrator, you will manage all logistical aspects of the Partners’ time by screening, prioritizing, routing, and escalating a high volume of requests from a fast-paced global organization.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with high-energy, excellent communication skills, and attention to details, comfortable with complexity and uncertainty, to manage internal and external relationships, and work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Role Responsibilities

Executive Administration:

  • Diligently manage partners’ calendars, including scheduling of meetings, both internal and external.
  • Keep close track of repeatable meetings such as board meetings, LP meetings and Pod meetings and work closely with the relevant counterparts.
  • Manage all aspects of the partners’ logistics, including travel plans, expense reports and general administrative help.

Operation:

  • Work closely with partners and the VP of Business Operations to run an effective day-to-day business operation.
  • Strategic meetings follow ups.
  • Maintain effective communication with portfolio companies’ founders/management to ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage interfaces with start-up entrepreneurs and investors.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential material with care.
  • Assist with the logistics of special projects as needed, including high-profile planning events, board meetings, off-site meetings, hosting external delegations and events

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within VCs / high-tech organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent, professional English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at juggling tasks and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A great team player, people person – service oriented
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
  • Experience with office administrative responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Taking full ownership of different projects from A-Z, Independent.
