Description

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who can bring security to life through animation, motion graphics, and generative AI-powered visuals. Think of it as directing multiple films that constantly evolve and change – crafting visual stories that make complex ideas click for anyone in the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end motion design process from concept and storyboarding to final delivery

• Create animations, and motion graphics that make complex concepts clear and engaging

• Leverage generative AI tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Kling) to rapidly produce and iterate on video and motion content

• Build and evolve Frame’s motion design language, including UI animations, micro-interactions, and branded video assets

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver motion content across product, social, and web

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of motion design experience in After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools

• A strong motion reel demonstrating range across UI animation, explainer videos, and branded content

• Hands-on experience with gen AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Kling, or Sora

• Proficiency and proven experience in Figma, Lottie, and prototyping tools for UI motion work

• Bonus: Experience with security, data visualization, or B2B/enterprise products
