About the position
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Team Lead to manage and scale our Attribution Delivery and Data Operations team. This role combines technical project management, team leadership, and operational oversight, ensuring high-quality data delivery to our clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong technical project management experience and preferably a development background, proven people management capabilities, and the ability to drive process efficiency across complex data workflows. Experience working with LLM-related data operations or AI training pipelines is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
Delivery & Project Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of attribution-related data projects.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scope definition, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, data science, and GTM teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the Data Operations team, ensuring productivity, quality, and professional development.
- Build and improve operational processes to scale delivery efficiently.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee data operations workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
- Define KPIs and metrics to monitor delivery performance and operational efficiency.
- Implement tools, automation, and best practices to improve data processing and quality control.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear operational and project plans.
- Support product and engineering teams with operational insights from data delivery processes
Requirements:
- Must Have – 5+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, or program management OR a background in software development / data engineering with transition into project or team leadership.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong technical understanding that enables effective collaboration with engineering, product, and data teams.
- Experience managing data-focused projects, pipelines, or operations.
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advantage
- Nice to Have – Experience with LLM data operations, AI training data pipelines, or annotation workflows.
- Experience working with data platforms, analytics infrastructure, or ML environments.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering workflows, prompt evaluation, and iterative improvement processes.
