We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer Lead to join our early-stage startup and help shape the foundation of our product, technology, and culture. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of our core product from the ground up.
• Make key architectural decisions and establish best scalability, reliability, and performance practices.
• Collaborate closely with the founders on product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Help us build the team and craft a magical culture.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with modern tech stacks (TypeScript and Python a strong plus).
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready applications.
• Solid foundation in OOP, software architecture, and the design of large-scale systems.
• Cloud experience is a must; hands-on AWS experience is a strong plus.
• Experience building and working with AI coding agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (startups or small teams preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A builder’s mindset with a passion for creating products customers love.
