THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer who combines deep design expertise with strong product thinking. You’ll own the design of our products from end to end, covering conversational AI interfaces, agent configuration tools, analytics dashboards, and client facing platforms. This is a high impact role where your work directly shapes how enterprises interact with our technology.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and handoff to engineering
• Design intuitive, polished interfaces for complex B2B SaaS and conversational AI products
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate business and user needs into elegant solutions
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and quality across all product surfaces
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on existing flows
• Champion UX best practices and raise the design bar across the organization
• Balance user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility to ship impactful features
• Create high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews and user testing
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for SaaS or enterprise products, with a strong portfolio showcasing end to end product design work
• Proven product sense. You think beyond pixels and understand how design drives business outcomes
• Expert level proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and modern prototyping tools
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and micro interactions
• Experience designing for complex systems: dashboards, data heavy interfaces, multistep workflows, or conversational UIs
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills. You can articulate design rationale to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment with high autonomy and ownership
• Experience with design systems and component libraries at scale
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or AI/ML products
• Background in frontend development or working closely with frontend engineers
• Experience with motion design or animation for product interfaces
• Familiarity with conversational design patterns and voice/chat UI
