As we expand globally, we’re building our sales engineering function to support our growth and help customers understand the transformative potential of our platform.
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Finance & Operations to own the financial and operational backbone of a fast-growing fintech startup.
This is a high-impact, execution-driven role combining finance leadership with operational ownership. You’ll work closely with the COO and leadership team, leading all finance activities while supporting legal and compliance processes with external experts.
What You’ll Do
Finance & Accounting
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with company goals
- Manage invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, and payables
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and relationships with banks, auditors, and investors
- Own bookkeeping and general ledger (via external providers)
- Lead month-end close and financial reporting
- Coordinate payroll with external providers
Legal & Contracts (Operations)
- Manage contract lifecycle (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, renewals)
- Coordinate between internal teams and external legal counsel
- Ensure contracts are tracked, organized, and executed efficiently
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
- Own readiness for SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Maintain internal policies and support audits
- Track evolving AI regulations (US, EU, Israel) and flag implications
Requirements:
- 7+ years of financial experience, including leadership roles in a fintech, cyber, or B2B SaaS startup
- Background from a Big 4 accounting firm
- Strong hands-on experience — you execute!
- Proven expertise in FP&A, budgeting, and financial management
- Experience working with external auditors, legal, and compliance vendors
- Familiarity with SOC2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Legal or related field (MBA – advantage)

- Experience supporting fundraising and investor reporting
- Experience with US customers and contracts
- Background in fintech or cybersecurity regulation
