Description

We’re looking for a quick-moving and ambitious GTM Engineer to join the Team8 Platform as our first GTM engineering hire. You’ll work directly with Team8 partners to shape how we build our “villages” and to stand up AI-native GTM teams, playbooks, and infrastructure

What you’ll do:

  • Own the AI-powered outbound and GTM engine for the Team8 Business Development and Networks.
  • Build reusable workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, personalized outreach, meeting booking at scale, and CRM hygiene, for Team8
  • Run multi-channel outbound that combines targeted personalization with AI-driven automation, and turn winning motions into repeatable templates.
  • Track Team8 BD Team’s GTM metrics- reply rates, conversion rates, cost per meeting/opportunity, pipeline velocity—and continuously improve funnels.
  • Evaluate and pilot new AI GTM tools and agents for Team8’s internal processes.

Requirements:

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Revenue Operations, or Growth roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/data infrastructure

• Proven track record building and managing sales or GTM automation workflows (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, ZoomInfo)

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini and their respective API platforms, as well as Work AI platforms like Glean) for personalization, research, and workflow automation – Hands-on experience with low-code AI agent platforms such as n8n, Zapier agents, Lindy, etc

  • Some hands-on experience with vibe-coding platforms (e.g., Lovable, v0, Base44, etc.) and/or AI coding agents (e.g., Claude code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.). In general, some background in coding is preferable.

• Strong analytical skills—comfortable designing dashboards, instrumenting funnels, and optimizing reply rates, conversion rates, and pipeline value across multiple experiments or teams

• Experience working with or supporting multiple stakeholders at once (e.g., across regions, segments, or portfolio companies) and turning complex requirements into clear GTM workflows

• Consistent history of top-tier performance in GTM roles and a bias toward building systems, not just running plays
