We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help scale Insait’s go-to-market engine. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this role will execute and optimize the systems, reporting, planning processes, and cross-functional cadences that drive predictable growth.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into execution.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Planning & Forecasting

  • Support weekly forecast process, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting
  • Maintain funnel metrics, stage conversion benchmarks, and coverage models
  • Monitor pipeline coverage and revenue performance vs targets

GTM Performance Management

  • Build dashboards across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Track KPIs across GTM functions and highlight risks / opportunities
  • Improve reporting accuracy and operational visibility

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales on pipeline source performance, inbound vs outbound mix, and handoff quality
  • Support recurring GTM cadences and business reviews
  • Improve lead management and funnel efficiency

Compensation & Planning Support

  • Support quota planning, incentive tracking, and compensation administration
  • Assist with territory design, segmentation, and capacity planning

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Optimize workflows across CRM and GTM systems
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years in RevOps / Sales Ops / GTM Ops / BizOps in startups
  • Experience working with global sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills and forecasting mindset
  • CRM + HubSpot, reporting experience
  • Strong cross-functional communication
  • Startup mentality, high ownership
