We’re looking for an Operations & Office Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day experience, someone who thrives on making things run seamlessly while creating an environment people genuinely love being part of.
This role sits at the heart of the company, shaping everything from how we operate to how our culture feels day-to-day.
Requirements:
What you’ll do
- Own and manage the office end-to-end, ensuring a smooth, well-functioning, and welcoming environment – from food and equipment to overall look and feel
- Plan with the Marketing team to execute team events, offsites, happy hours, and company trips that strengthen our unique culture and create memorable employee experiences.
- Manage company travel logistics from start to finish, including flights, accommodations, and international coordination
- Work closely with the Finance team on contracts, invoices, and payments, ensuring everything runs efficiently and on time
- Lead and continuously improve onboarding processes, making sure every new hire has a seamless and positive start
- Partner with the Marketing team on special projects and internal initiatives, while managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years of experience in operations, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- A people-first mindset – you genuinely enjoy helping others and creating great experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew and English
- Strong proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- Comfort working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms
- A strong sense of ownership and a drive for excellence – you don’t just follow processes, you build and improve them
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects end-to-end in a dynamic environment
- The ability to pivot quickly between high-level coordination and hands-on getting things done
