- Design self-serve and guided onboarding experiences to reduce dependency on engineering teams

- Define and track key onboarding metrics (e.g., time to first data, time to full coverage, data quality)
- Collaborate closely with MDR analysts, IR teams, Security Engineering, and customers
- Translate real-world onboarding challenges into scalable product capabilities
- Design and build AI-driven capabilities for onboarding, troubleshooting, and data processing
Requirements:
Main Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in technical SaaS products

- Strong systems thinking and ability to understand end-to-end data flows (agents, collectors, ingestion, processing)
- Deep understanding of integrations (APIs, authentication, log transport, schemas)
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical challenges and debugging
- Strong product sense for complex workflows and user experience in technical environments
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Advantages
- Experience building onboarding or time-to-value systems
- Familiarity with log formats, event schemas, or telemetry pipelines
- Experience with distributed systems, endpoint agents, or collectors
- Background working with SOC, MDR, or security engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, or automation workflows
