You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technical hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process
- Own the sourcing strategy and proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates through traditional and creative channels.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
- Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
- Apply data-driven insights to advise hiring teams and continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
- Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with Israel’s elite technological military units (8200, 81, Talpiot, Mamram, etc.)
- Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
