Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Talent Sourcr Partner to join our team. In this role, you don’t wait for candidates to apply- you find them. You are a detective of top-tier talent, capable of mapping the market, engaging passive candidates, and selling our vision to the best engineers and professionals in the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for diverse roles across R&D, Product, and GTM.
  • use advanced search techniques to identify and engage top-tier talent, especially in the competitive R&D landscape.
  • Act as the first point of contact, evaluating potential hires for both technical excellence and cultural fit.
  • Track funnel data, analyze performance trends, and constantly optimize your workflow to improve time-to-hire.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define profiles and provide market insights that shape our recruitment strategy.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of technical sourcing experience in high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, which translate data into actionable hiring trends, and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
  • Real AI capabilities – you’re actively using AI tools in your sourcing workflow, not just familiar with them.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter in deep sourcing, in-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques. and tools, including headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
  • Exceptional ability to sell a vision, with fluent Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
