Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a hungry, relentless B2B Tech Sales Hunter who isn’t afraid to kick down doors and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, possess deep domain expertise in the Contact Center ecosystem, and understand the massive shift toward AI Agents, your place is with us. We need a self-starter who can translate complex AI capabilities into undeniable business value for enterprise and mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle (End-to-End) for the Israeli market: from prospecting and cold outbound lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Analyze clients’ business challenges and articulate how Insait’s autonomous AI agents can optimize their operations and boost conversions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations (Demos) and high-impact presentations to C-Level executives (CEOs, CROs, VPs of Customer Service/Sales, and Innovation Directors).
  • Consistently meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to share valuable market feedback and customer insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in B2B Tech / SaaS sales within the Israeli market – A must.
  • Strong background and hands-on experience in the Contact Center ecosystem, telecom systems, CRMs, or AI/Autonomous Agent solutions – A strict requirement.
  • True Hunter Mentality – A proven track record in Outbound sales, building a pipeline from scratch, and independently closing complex deals.
  • Deep technological literacy and the ability to “speak AI” naturally and persuasively.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Native Hebrew speaker with high-level professional English proficiency.
