The Role

We’re looking for a rare operator: a content and social manager who can do it all, start to finish, across written and video. No team underneath you (yet). No agency to hand things to. You own the content engine — strategy, production, distribution, and performance. You’ll work directly with the Head of Gloabal Marketing to build Insait’s voice globally and fill the top of the funnel.

This is a hands-on execution role. If you need a team to get things done, this isn’t the right fit. If you thrive with ownership and can move fast without sacrificing quality, we want to talk.

What You’ll Own

Content Production

  • Long-form: blog posts, white papers, research reports, thought leadership articles
  • Short-form: newsletters, email marketing copy, social posts, landing page copy
  • Sales-adjacent: case studies, customer stories, one-pagers, battlecard narrative support
  • AI-assisted research and drafts — you’ll know how to use the tools without becoming dependent on them

Video & Multimedia

  • Shoot and edit thought leadership videos, executive interview clips, webinar recordings, product demos, and event recaps
  • Manage the full production workflow: scripting, filming, editing, captioning, distribution
  • Produce and coordinate webinars end-to-end — deck, run-of-show, follow-up content
  • Clip and repurpose long-form content into short-form social assets

Social Media

  • Own the Insait LinkedIn company page — content calendar, post production, growth, and engagement
  • Launch and manage Reddit presence in relevant communities (r/fintech, r/banking, r/MachineLearning, etc.) — organic, not spammy
  • Monitor mentions, engage with comments, and build the community presence

SEO & Distribution

  • Work closely with our SEO agency — you’re the internal counterpart: briefing content, reviewing recommendations, and ensuring execution lands correctly

Events & Campaigns

  • Support conference prep and post-event content (recaps, social posts, follow-up nurture copy)
  • Build out campaign content for product launches, research releases, and ABM plays
  • Occasional deck work for executive speaking slots and media appearances

Measurement

  • Own content performance dashboards — traffic, engagement, pipeline influence, MQL attribution where measurable
  • Report monthly on what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker – copywriting quality is non-negotiable
  • 8+ years in content and/or social, with at least 5 in B2B SaaS; AI or Fintech experience strongly preferred
  • Proven video production chops – you’ve shot and edited your own content, not just managed vendors
  • Deep LinkedIn expertise: organic growth, company page management, content strategy
  • Strong understanding of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AO (Answer Optimization) – you don’t need to execute the technical work, but you need to know enough to brief an agency, challenge their recommendations
  • Full content stack: blogs, newsletters, white papers, email copy, case studies, reports
  • Strong editorial instincts — you can take a technical concept and write something a VP of Revenue actually wants to read
  • Self-directed — you don’t need to be told what to do; you figure out what needs to happen and do it

Strong pluses

  • Experience with Reddit community management
  • Familiarity with financial services terminology and buyer context
  • Experience with HubSpot marketing automation for email and nurture
  • You live and breathe AI for content creation – using it across writing, video scripting, ideation, repurposing, and research as a matter of course, not as an experiment. Human-led, AI-supported is the operating mode here.
  • Canva, Figma-level, claude design design sense – enough to produce clean social and report layouts independently
  • AI video creation is a major plus – tools like Google flow and omni, Higsfield, Artlist, Figma-Weave
  • Experience managing freelancers or agencies (photographers, video editors, translators)
  • PR content support: contributed articles, bylines, media backgrounders
