The Role
This is a pipeline role, not a brand role. You own the channels that generate qualified pipeline: paid media, ABM, email nurturing, landing pages, and every digital lever that puts Insait in front of the right buyers at the right time. You’ll work directly with the Head of Global and RevOps to move accounts through the funnel and make sure the revenue team always has something to work with.
No media agency below you. No RevOps team to hand reporting to. You execute the campaigns, read the data, and optimize.
What You’ll Own
Account-Based Marketing
- Design and run ABM programs across Tier 1 and Tier 2 named accounts
- Looking closely we have RevOps to build account lists, segment audiences, and map buying committee
Paid Media
- Own and manage LinkedIn Ads end-to-end: campaign strategy, audience targeting, copy briefing, bid management, budget pacing
- Run Google Ads for branded, competitor, and intent-based search terms
- Run Reddit Ads in relevant FS and AI communities where the signal is worth the spend
- Manage paid trade marketing – negotiate, brief content, track results
- Retargeting across all paid channels
- Additional channels may include CTV, programmatic, partnership comarketing, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, ChatGPT ads etc
- Create the ads using AI – full familiarity with AI tools
Email Nurturing
- Build and manage lead nurture sequences in HubSpot — persona-specific, stage-specific, triggered by behavior and intent signals
- Own list segmentation and audience hygiene
- Work with the Content Manager on copy; own the strategy, targeting, and performance
Landing Pages & CRO
- Own the conversion layer for all paid and ABM campaigns — landing page strategy, copy briefs, A/B testing, and optimization
- Work with the Content Manager on copy and design execution; own the testing and performance results
- Ensure every campaign has a dedicated, optimized path to conversion
Review Sites & Earned Digital
- Manage Insait’s presence on G2, Capterra, and relevant FS review/directory sites
- Run review generation campaigns in coordination with Customer Success
- Monitor and respond to reviews; use them as a pipeline and credibility lever
Measurement, Analytics & Optimization
- Own pipeline attribution across all growth channels – from first touch to opportunity created
- Build and maintain dashboards that show what’s working, what’s not, and where budget should move
- Report weekly on pipeline contribution by channel; monthly on full-funnel performance
- Work closely with RevOps on lead scoring models, MQL/SQL definitions, SLAs, and feedback loops between marketing and sales
- Continuously optimize based on data — kill underperformers fast, double down on what converts
Requirements:
Must-haves
- 6-8 years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with at least 4 in B2B SaaS
- Deep LinkedIn Ads expertise: you’ve managed real budgets, built audiences from scratch, and have the results to show for it
- Hands-on ABM experience – not just familiarity with the concept; you’ve run named-account programs and can show pipeline impact
- HubSpot proficiency: nurture flows, segmentation, reporting, lifecycle stages
- Strong analytical instincts – you work from data, not gut, and you can build your own reporting
- Google Ads experience: Search campaigns, negative keywords, bid strategy, performance tracking
- Comfortable writing ad copy and briefs; you don’t need a copywriter to get campaigns live, but we do have content manager…
- Familiarity with intent data and how to operationalize signals into campaign triggers
Strong pluses
- Financial services or Fintech experience – you understand the buyer, the compliance constraints, and the sales cycle
- Reddit Ads experience in B2B or tech communities
- Experience managing review site presence (G2, Capterra) as a pipeline channel
- Familiarity with content syndication and paid trade media placements
- English- native speaker
Tools You’ll Use
HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads Manager, 6sense or Bombora (or similar), G2, Semrush (for competitive and search intelligence), and whatever analytics stack we’re running. You decide on tools for optimal work.
