About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-facing Junior AI Sales Engineer. Your primary job: build impressive AI demos and show up to sales meetings ready to answer the hard technical questions.
You’re someone who can spin up an agent or a RAG pipeline quickly, make it look great in front of a customer, and then explain how it works when they ask. We care about what you’ve built and that you’ve worked with customers before.
Key Responsibilities
Demo Building: Build tailored AI demos and POCs — agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automations — that bring our platform’s value to life.
Sales Support: Join customer meetings as the technical voice — answer questions, handle objections, explain architecture in plain language.
Customization: Adapt demos to each customer’s industry and use case to make the value immediately tangible.
Feedback Loop: Share what customers ask and care about with the product team.
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer-facing experience — sales, pre-sales, technical support, or customer success.
- Experience building with AI — agents, RAGs, LLM integrations. Show us something you made.
- Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Confident and composed in front of customers.
