We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic, customer-facing Solutions Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving deal success.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, acting as a trusted technical advisor and helping customers understand both the technical and business value of OX.
Requirements:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the technical sales cycle end-to-end, from demo through POC to technical win
- Partner with Sales to develop and execute technical strategies for deals
- Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements
- Work closely with customer security and engineering teams to understand their workflows
- Position OX effectively within DevSecOps and SDLC environments
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal Product & Engineering teams
- Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and documentation
- Support deals through technical validation and objection handling
- Represent OX at customer meetings, events, and conferences (including travel)
