In this role, you will spearhead a transformative program dedicated to developing and empowering emerging Jewish leaders worldwide. -Part-time (50% - 75% position)

-Workplace: Jerusalem, hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Kaplan Leadership Initiative globally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international stakeholders - including donors, community leaders, and partner organizations.
  • Represent the Kaplan initiative at conferences and events.
  • Oversee program logistics, including budgeting, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Create leadership development seminars in the FSU region and globally.
  • Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and adapt the program for diverse cultural and regional contexts, including addressing the unique needs and opportunities within the FSU region.
  • Manage a diverse team of program staff and facilitators.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in program management, education, or community leadership.
  • Experience in working with Jewish communities and understanding their cultural dynamics.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Group Facilitation experience
  • Familiarity with leadership development models and frameworks is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory. Hebrew is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 3-4 times a year for program activities.
