The opportunity

  • The HRBP, TAPI Commercial & business functions has responsibility to develop and lead the people strategy for the commercial team as well as the different business functions of TAPI (e.g., procurement, Finance, legal, SC), which includes the majority of the headquarter employees of TAPI. The team is spread in all the TAPI sites.
  • He/she will translate the TAPI business strategy into people strategy and provide HR strategic support deep into the commercial team as well as the other functions.
  • He/she will notably provide guidance and drive results in the areas of culture, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management and recognition strategy.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Lead together with the business leaders strategic change initiatives. Develop and implement an integrated people strategy
  • Translate business needs into talent requirements, aligning workforce competencies to business strategy
  • Drive employee engagement across the organization notably by informing and inspiring people to achieve business goals
  • Promote Teva’s culture across the organizations, while ensuring a positive people experience and sense of belonging for all team members
  • Partner closely with the business leadership team, Regional & Country HR Directors to define and develop the next generation of technical and leadership capabilities while ensuring the availability of a robust talent pipeline
  • Build and maintain progressive human resources practices possessing the business insight necessary to influence the company’s performance and business objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish a tone for performance and continuous improvement within the organizations. Ensures HR programs are aligned to leverage diversity, motivate employee engagement and reward performance
  • Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes
  • Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable TGO's business strategy
  • Partner with business leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent and organizational capabilities
  • Lead workforce planning notably by optimizing headcounts, cost of labor for the BU and restructuring efforts
  • Advise on performance management, rewards & recognition and employee relations issues
  • Anticipate the future needs of the organization and areas of potential disruption

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required. Master’s Degree Preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in HR including at least 5 in an HR Generalist/HRBP role
  • Proven experience working in a global organization is a must
  • Global pharmaceutical experience is an advantage but not a must
  • Team player & enterprise thinker
  • Strategic mindset and ability to drive change systematically
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Able to translate business directions into successful talent solutions
  • Ability to identify and lead continuous improvement efforts in HR
  • Ability to influence in a matrix environment
  • Innovative - generates new ideas and initiatives
  • Excellent English – written/spoken is a must
