The opportunity

The professional assistant supporting GCO Israel plays a critical role in delivering administrative and operational support to the local GCO team in Israel and as an executive assistant to the GCO Senior Director of Systems & Business Operations and, when needed, to other GCO leaders.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, organizing team events, workshops, and activities.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Personal assistant of GCO Senior Director, Systems & Business operations.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel/ logistics.
  • Organizing team activities, events, workshops etc.
  • Supporting local Training documentation, timelines, and follow-ups + Supporting compliance by ensuring documents are properly archived and retrievable.
  • Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Acting as the first point of escalation contact for local employee queries. e.g. IT equipment, site related issues etc.
  • Onboarding new employees (workspace setup, orientation schedules).

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • +5-year experience as professional assistant in a global organization
  • Experience in pharma industry, Global environment (US/EU)
  • Microsoft 365 with a focus on Co-Pilot 365, experience with Power Automate – advantage.
  • GCP knowledge – advantage.
  • Multi-tasking and attention to details
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Problem solving and Customer serving orientation
  • Project Coordination – Planning, Tracking / Timelines, Budget
  • IT oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and changing environment
  • English – Fluent, Hebrew – Fluent
