How you’ll spend your day
The Cleaning Validation and Cross Contamination Engineer will be responsible for:
- Managing cleaning validation and cross contamination activities for both OSD (Oral Solid Dosages) and Sterile plants, including: Cross contamination assessments, re-validation and periodic monitoring activities, new cleaning Process validations, cleaning process improvements, product changes, introduction of new technologies and more.
- Authoring risk assessments, protocols, reports and other related documents.
- Handling relevant change control, deviations and CAPAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Production, R&D, supply chain, Laboratories, global cleaning validation groups.
- Continuous improvement of work process.
- Participation in audits – regulatory, internal, etc.
- The position combines occasional "field" activity on the production floor.
Your experience and qualifications
- Engineering / BSc degree (or higher) in Chemistry / Biotechnology / materials.
- Experience from the Pharmaceutical industry – significant advantage.
- Experience in cleaning validation, including performing evaluations and monitoring – significant advantage.
- Experience in performing risk assessments and / or working according to FMEA – advantage.
- Extensive Project Management skills, professional capabilities, multitasking, great interpersonal relationships.
- Highly motivated, agile, self and quick learner, willingness for hard work. Service oriented.
- Proficient in English – writing and verbally.
- Good analytical and deduction skills, detail oriented. Able to easily organize and integrate knowledge
- Excellent people skills – local and abroad. Team player, eager to share knowledge.
