The person acts as a global compliance expert, helping reduce quality risks, maintain inspection readiness, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. ## How You’ll Spend Your Day * Manage and support global quality compliance processes * Lead and facilitate significant event management meetings (NTM/GNTM) * Monitor compliance risks, trends, and quality signals across sites and vendors * Support inspection readiness and Health Authority inspections * Conduct gap assessments and help drive remediation plans * Support audits, compliance projects, automation, and process improvements * Maintain compliance dashboards, metrics, and heat maps * Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D, and other global functions ## Your Skills and Experience * University degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related science-based degree * 7+ years of pharmaceutical quality/compliance experience * Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Systems, Auditing, Compliance Management, CAPA, and Inspection Readiness * Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments (sterile, biologics, medical devices, solids, etc.) * Solid knowledge of MRP Systems and GMP impacting computer systems, like SAP, Empower, LIMS and software platforms typically used by Teva * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills * Experience working in global matrix organizations * Fluent English * Must be able to travel based on business need to support compliance-related activities (e.g. audits, inspection readiness activities); up to 25% when required (domestic and international) ## How We’ll Take Care of You At Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
