What will your day look like?
A Tier 1 Analyst in a SOC is a junior position and a great opportunity to take the first step in the world of Cyber Security.
The SOC collects information from various sources, monitors customers infrastructure, servers and security software,
and alerts in real time about any malicious activity that might affect the customer’s business continuity or/and cause damage.
Job Requirements for Tier 1:
- Prior experience in SOC – at least 1 year
- Education: Student/ Bachelor’s degree in engineering\ computer science\ electrical engineering OR formal Cyber security certificate of 600 hours + \ CCNA
- Highly familiar with SIEM (Qradar, Splunk or equivalent)
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shifts
- Fluent English – Speaking and Writing
- Advantage: Familiar with cyber intelligence and malware
