Experienced Installation Manager

Utron is looking for an Experienced Installation Manager.
In this role you will oversee and manage installation operations at construction sites throughout Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide professional support to site managers.
• Direct responsibility for on-site execution teams and project progress.
• Maintain and expand a subcontractor network for shelving system installations.
• Ensure project execution aligns with budgetary constraints.
• Manage project timelines, execution quality, and performance standards.
• Perform high-level supervision and ongoing project monitoring.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with subcontractors.

Requirements and skills:

• Degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering – significant advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing mechanical/steel structure installations.
• Proven experience in managing both direct employees and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding installation/architectural plans.
• Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and ability to lead by example.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
