In this role you will oversee and manage installation operations at construction sites throughout Israel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide professional support to site managers.
- Direct responsibility for on-site execution teams and project progress.
- Maintain and expand a subcontractor network for shelving system installations.
- Ensure project execution aligns with budgetary constraints.
- Manage project timelines, execution quality, and performance standards.
- Perform high-level supervision and ongoing project monitoring.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with subcontractors.
- Degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering – significant advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing mechanical/steel structure installations.
- Proven experience in managing both direct employees and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding installation/architectural plans.
- Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and ability to lead by example.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
