Utron is looking for a senior, hands-on Control Systems Technical Leader to lead our Control Engineering domain within advanced automated Logistics and parking robotic systems.
This role is designed for a highly experienced control engineer who combines deep technical expertise with leadership capability, and who wants to remain directly involved in architecture, PLC development, and complex system integration.
What You’ll Do
• Lead control architecture and motion design for multidisciplinary robotic systems
• Develop and review advanced PLC Logic and Motion code
• Serve as the technical authority for complex control challenges
• Lead system integration, commissioning, and validation
• Mentor and grow a team of control engineers while staying hands-on
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of hands-on industrial automation and PLC experience
• Strong background in complex control systems and motion applications
• Experience with Siemens or Unitronics platforms
• Proven technical leadership experience
• System-level thinking and multidisciplinary integration capability
