THE ROLE
We are seeking a People & Talent Partner to join our Global People team to help shape the future of our organization. This is a high-impact, hybrid role designed for a professional who thrives on the intersection of rapid organizational scaling and deep human-centric partnership.
You will own the full employee lifecycle for our Tel Aviv site, from driving sophisticated talent acquisition strategies to serving as a trusted People Partner. You will translate business goals into people strategies, ensuring Unit attracts top-tier talent while fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition
Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial requisition to offer negotiations.
Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute sophisticated outbound sourcing motions, using advanced search techniques, data-driven market mapping, and AI tools to ensure we always hire the top talent.
Talent Marketing & Branding: Elevate Unit’s employer brand, ensuring Unit is a "magnet" for exceptional professionals in the Israeli tech ecosystems.
Hiring Partnership: Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, assessment frameworks, and decision-making support.
Innovation: Leverage AI and advanced recruitment technologies to optimize the hiring funnel and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
Data: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure hiring excellence
Candidate experience: Deliver an exceptional, human-centered candidate experience throughout the process.
People Partner
Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to managers across the full employee lifecycle, providing coaching on leadership, performance management, and structural evolution.
Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives related to company values, employee morale, and organizational effectiveness. Lead engagement surveys and translate results into actionable retention strategies.
Performance & Growth: Manage annual performance evaluations, compensation planning, and succession planning, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market benchmarks.
OD & Learning: Integrate organizational development and learning perspectives into leadership training and ongoing people processes.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including seamless onboarding and offboarding, and management of HR systems (HRIS).
Global-Local Alignment: Partner closely with the Global People Team to implement international HR processes, while expertly tailoring them to align with the unique Israeli high-tech landscape and local labor compliance.
-
Data-Driven Insights: Manage and analyze HR data to identify trends, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
"Hybrid" Background: 3+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition and 3+ years experience as People Partner role within a high-growth, global tech environment (Israel-US experience is a significant advantage).
Strategic Advisory: Experience coaching managers through difficult performance cycles, structural changes, and the "human" nuances of a high-pressure environment. You know when to be empathetic and when to be direct.
Recruitment Mastery: Deep expertise in building sophisticated sourcing "engines". You must be comfortable using AI tools and data to optimize the funnel and attract talent that aligns with our culture of excellence.
Operational Depth: Hands-on experience with the full employee lifecycle in Israel, from local labor laws and compliance to compensation benchmarking and HRIS management.
The "Unit" Mindset: A proven track record of operating with urgency and ownership. You don't just "support" managers; you partner with them to solve organizational puzzles.
Adaptability: A proactive, resourceful, and independent professional who thrives in ambiguity and can pivot quickly as organizational needs evolve. You are comfortable with "constant change" and see it as an opportunity to build.
Technical Savvy: Strong proficiency in HRIS, ATS platforms, and AI-driven tools. You don’t just use tools; you leverage them to create operational leverage and scale your impact.
Analytical Rigor: Ability to translate people data into business insights. You should be comfortable presenting "the why" behind retention trends or hiring bottlenecks to leadership.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional English and Hebrew (written and verbal). You need to be able to create clear, impactful documentation that scales.
Global Collaboration: A "one-team" mentality. You are comfortable working in a hybrid, cross-continental model.
