What will you do?
- Establish and optimize the entire supply chain process, from procurement and manufacturing to inventory control and distribution.
- Plan & coordinate production activity to utilize the available production capacity as efficiently as possible.
- Manage and monitor the day2day SC activities ensuring business goals are met.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent and quality supply.
- Handle Import/Export activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and coordinated operational activities.
- Supply Chain Management – lead the SC team.
What do you need to bring with you?
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years+ experience in operational management.
- Major Logistic/operation position in the medical device (compliant with ISO 13485) manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and project management principles.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of managing teams and driving projects to completion.
- Import / Export / Customs – Preferred
