  • Bookkeeping Management: Oversee accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions- ledger entries, reconciliations, and report inputs-using accounting systems.
  • Cash Flow Oversight: Manage the organization’s cash flow: issue tax invoices (debit/credit), handle complex collections, and coordinate supplier payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic balance sheets, management accounts, and financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submissions to tax authorities (VAT, withholding, income tax, national insurance, etc.).
  • Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Handle supplier accounts, invoice processing, payments, and maintain professional coordination with the supply chain.
  • Independent Ownership & Leadership: Operate with high autonomy while mentoring colleagues and guiding cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Professional Standards: Maintain high standards in accordance with accepted accounting principles, internal procedures, and financial policies.

What do you need to bring with you?

  • Certified Bookkeeper: Level 2 (required); Level 3 (a strong advantage)
  • 5-7 years of minimum experience in a senior bookkeeping role- mandatory
  • Proven background in complex or fast-paced organizational environments-advantageous
  • Proficiency in Priority
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Fluent English
  • Highly independent, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and execution skills
  • Experience in multi-interface collaboration with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
