What We’re Looking For?
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Team Leader to lead and grow our Digital Twin Platform team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, strategic thinking, and team mentorship to drive the development of end to end solutions for vHive’s digital twin web platform.
Responsibilities
As the Full Stack Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of full-stack software engineers while maintaining an active hands-on technical contribution to the codebase.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, algorithms developers, product managers, and QA, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Drive end-to-end execution: from receiving product requirements to delivery, through implementation, deployment and monitoring.
- Take part in planning the product roadmap and sprints to translate the product vision into actionable engineering plans.
- Guide and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional results by setting a high bar for code quality and promoting software development best practices.
- Continuously drive the improvement of developer experience and the efficient adoption of AI development tools.
- B.Sc in Computer Science, equivalent degree or graduate of a top IDF software development unit
- 4+ years of experience as a team leader, balancing people leadership and technical delivery with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Experience in developing modern cloud-based systems with microservices
- Solid full-stack experience with all or part of the following technologies: Angular, React, Java/Kotlin Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, ELK

Key Responsibilities
• Mobile & Field Ownership: Execute tests on a mobile application that controls drones, including hands-on testing in real field environments.
• Complex System Testing: Perform manual testing for web and cloud applications involving 3D models, maps, and images.
• End-to-End Quality: Take ownership of testing tasks, support the release process end-to-end, and actively contribute to quality throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Documentation & Analysis: Create and maintain clear, structured test plans and test cases based on product requirements. Write clear STP, STD, and STR documentation.
