VPG is looking for a strategic leader to own and scale our ERP systems. As ERP Senior Manager, you’ll drive end-to-end ERP projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure our ERP platform is continuously optimized to power smarter decisions and efficient operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects from planning to go-live.
• Oversee system administration, performance monitoring, and integrations.
• Analyze and streamline business processes across departments.
• Develop dashboards and ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX).
• Build and mentor a global ERP team and foster a strong key-user community.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and cross-functional project teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Industrial Engineering, or Mamram graduate.
• 5+ years of team management (7–10 members).
• 8+ years of ERP implementation and analysis (QAD advantage).
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with SQL programming (2+ years).
• Excellent English and communication skills.
